Beginner Training Plans
- Answer a few simple questions and I will design a training plan to fit your physical requirements and fitness goals.
Intermediate Training Plans
- We will discuss your current fitness level and the progress you have made as well as your physical limitations and goals. I will design an intermediate level training program to fit your needs.
- I will ask you to answer some questions about your diet preferences and body composition goals. I will design a full menu for you to follow with a specific calorie target based upon those goals. In addition, I will add all of the items necessary to make all the food on the diet into a Walmart or Kroger list for you to make the process that much easier.
